Giuseppe grew up in a kitchen in Naples — not a fancy one, just his grandmother's. He came to Sydney in '85 with a suitcase, a few handwritten recipes, and a conviction that good food doesn't need to be complicated. Thirty-five years later, not much has changed. The pasta's still made by hand every morning. The ragù still takes six hours. And Giuseppe's still in the kitchen.
