Who I am

Lyra Web is a sole trader business run by Jack, ABN 72 749 895 567, based in Mount Annan, NSW 2567. I am the only person who handles enquiries. You can reach me on (02) 4613 6011 or at enquiries@lyraweb.com.au.

What I collect when you enquire

The enquiry forms on this site ask for your name, email address and phone number, and depending on the form, your company, the service you are interested in, your trade, and whatever you write in the message field. You choose what to put in those fields.

Submitted forms are delivered to my inbox through Formspree, a form processing service based in the United States. I use that information to reply to you and to quote on the work. I do not sell it, and I do not send marketing email to people who have only made an enquiry.

What the site collects automatically

If you arrive from a Google ad, the site stores the advertising click identifier from the link you clicked (gclid, gbraid or wbraid) and any campaign tags on the URL (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content). These are kept in a first-party cookie named lw_attribution for 90 days and mirrored into your browser's session storage. They are attached to your enquiry so I can tell which advertising actually produces work. They do not identify you by name.

Google Tag Manager and Google Ads load on this site and set their own cookies to measure page views, ad clicks and conversions. When you submit an enquiry, your email address, phone number and name are passed to Google's enhanced conversions feature, which hashes them in your browser before they are sent. I never see or store a hashed value myself, and none of these details are written to logs or passed to anyone else.

Where your information goes

Two third parties receive information through this site: Formspree, which processes and forwards form submissions, and Google, which provides tag management, analytics, advertising and conversion measurement. Both store data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. Each handles that data under its own privacy policy.

How long I keep it

Enquiry emails stay in my inbox and in Formspree's records so I have a history of what was discussed and quoted. If you would rather I delete your enquiry once we are done, just ask and I will. The attribution cookie expires on its own after 90 days, and clearing your browser cookies removes it immediately.

Your choices

You can ask me what personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email enquiries@lyraweb.com.au and I will action it. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's own ad settings to limit ad personalisation. Blocking cookies will not stop the enquiry form working.

If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, contact me first and I will try to sort it out. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this policy

If the tools on this site change, I will update this page and the date at the top.
