Bookings only happen by phone
You're under a hoist with grease to the elbows when the phone rings. It goes to voicemail, and they ring the next workshop on Google. There's no way to book a service without catching you.

Someone searches "pink slip Narellan" or "brakes Campbelltown". If your site just says "general mechanical repairs", Google has nothing to match them to — so it sends them to a workshop that spells it out.

How long does it actually take?
Seven business days from the day you send me your content (photos, business details, any specific copy you want). If I miss that, I take $150 off your invoice.
What if I already have a website?
I can rebuild it from scratch for the same $1,500 — or migrate and fix what you've got. Give me a call or send through the URL and I'll let you know what I'd change.
Can customers book online?
They can send a booking request — make, model, rego and the day they want — and you confirm it. If your workshop software already has an online booking page, I'll put a Book Now button on every page that goes straight to it. A booking system built from scratch is a bigger job, and I'm happy to quote it.
What suburbs do you work with?
All of Macarthur and South-West Sydney — Camden, Campbelltown, Narellan, Mount Annan, Oran Park, Gregory Hills, Harrington Park, Currans Hill, Spring Farm, Leppington, Catherine Field, Smeaton Grange, plus greater Sydney. I'm based in Mount Annan.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. You send me photos and a few details about your business. I handle the rest — domain, hosting, Google Business, the lot. If you want to edit things yourself later I can set that up, otherwise just email me when something needs changing.
What does the $29/mo hosting cover?
Australian servers, 99.9% uptime SLA, daily backups, free SSL certificate, security updates, and small changes (text tweaks, new photos, updated phone numbers) during business hours.
Will my site actually show up on Google?
Your site is built to be indexed properly — page titles, fast loading, mobile-friendly, schema markup — and I set up your Google Business Profile at the same time. Where you land depends on your competition and how established your business is, so nobody can promise you a position.
