How long does it actually take?
Seven business days from the day you send me your content (photos, business details, any specific copy you want). If I miss that, I take $150 off your invoice.
I've already bought a domain. Can I use it?
Yes. As long as it's registered in your name, I'll point it at the new site. If someone else registered it for you, I'll help you get it transferred across to you first.
I've started building it myself on Wix or Squarespace. Is that wasted?
Not at all. Your words, photos and ideas all come across. I rebuild it properly on fast Australian hosting, and you get your weekends back.
What suburbs do you work with?
All of Macarthur and South-West Sydney — Camden, Campbelltown, Narellan, Mount Annan, Oran Park, Gregory Hills, Harrington Park, Currans Hill, Spring Farm, Leppington, Catherine Field, Smeaton Grange, plus greater Sydney. I'm based in Mount Annan.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. You send me photos and a few details about your business. I handle the rest — domain, hosting, Google Business, the lot. If you want to edit things yourself later I can set that up, otherwise just email me when something needs changing.
What does the $29/mo hosting cover?
Australian servers, 99.9% uptime SLA, daily backups, free SSL certificate, security updates, and small changes (text tweaks, new photos, updated phone numbers) during business hours.
Will my site actually show up on Google?
Your site is built to be indexed properly — page titles, fast loading, mobile-friendly, schema markup — and I set up your Google Business Profile at the same time. A brand-new business takes time to build up on Google, and where you land depends on your competition, so nobody can promise you a position.
