NDIS websites participants can actually use.

Websites for Macarthur NDIS providers, support coordinators, plan managers and therapy providers. Built to WCAG 2.2 AA, clear from the first click, with a referral path that works. Built by me, here in Mount Annan — and I'm the one who answers the phone, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Your website is turning people away.

The people looking for your services are often the people most websites shut out. Here's where provider sites fall over.

Written in NDIS jargon

Capacity building, core supports, SIL, SDA. Participants and families shouldn't need a glossary to work out whether you can help them.

Small text, poor contrast

Pale grey text on white, tiny fonts, buttons that don't look like buttons. For someone with low vision, a site like that is close to unreadable.

Doesn't work with a screen reader or keyboard

Menus that only open with a mouse, images with no descriptions, forms with no labels. If someone can't use a mouse, they can't use your site.

Unclear who you can support

Are you registered or unregistered? Do you work with self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA-managed participants? If the website doesn't say, people move on to a provider whose site does.

No easy way to refer

Support coordinators juggle dozens of participants. If referring someone to you means hunting for an email address, they'll refer to the provider with a simple form.

Nowhere on Google

When someone searches "support coordination Campbelltown" or "NDIS OT Camden", you're not on the first page. Usually the site doesn't say clearly what supports you offer or where.

Here's what you actually get.

Everything a provider website needs to do. Nothing it doesn't. Live in 7 business days.

Built to WCAG 2.2 AA

Every site I build for an NDIS provider meets WCAG 2.2 AA, the recognised standard for web accessibility. Strong colour contrast, full keyboard navigation, labels a screen reader can read, and text that resizes without breaking the layout.

Clear where it counts

Clear headings, short sections and everyday words on every menu, button and form. If the copy you send me leans on jargon, I'll point out where and suggest simpler wording.

Supports in NDIS terms and everyday language

Each support listed the way the NDIS names it and the way people actually describe it — so participants understand it and coordinators can match it to a plan.

Registration and plan types, up front

Whether you're registered or unregistered, and which plan types you work with — self-managed, plan-managed, NDIA-managed — stated clearly where people look for it.

A referral form that keeps details safe

A simple referral form for coordinators and families that collects contact details only. Participant and clinical details stay out of email and are handled through your own systems once you've made contact.

Your service areas, mapped out

Every suburb you cover — Campbelltown, Camden, Narellan, Oran Park, the lot — so participants know you can reach them and Google knows where to send them from.

Built for the phone

Fast loading and easy to read on any screen, with a tap-to-call button on every page for the people who'd rather ring.

Google Business Profile setup

I set up (or fix) your Google listing so you show up on the map when someone searches "NDIS provider near me". Included free.

You own it forever

Once I build it, it's yours. No lock-in contracts. No "monthly licence". Cancel hosting tomorrow and you walk away with all the files. I just don't think you'll want to.

From phone call to live website in 7 business days.

  1. Chat

Call or message me. A short conversation — the supports you offer, the areas you cover, how referrals reach you. That's it.

  2. Plan

I send you a one-page plan: what the site looks like, what's on it, when it goes live. You approve or tweak. Locked-in price.

  3. Build

I build it and test it with a keyboard and a screen reader. You send photos and any text you want included, then check every page before it goes live. Most builds take 3–5 working days.

  4. Launch

I point your domain (or buy you a new one), set up Google Business and hit go. Ready for referrals from day one.

Simple pricing. No surprises.

One flat fee. One monthly hosting cost. That's it. No lock-in, no hidden fees, no platform licence.

Common questions.

Something I haven't covered? Call me on (02) 4613 6011.

How long does it actually take?

Seven business days from the day you send me your content (photos, business details, any specific copy you want). If I miss that, I take $150 off your invoice.

What if I already have a website?

I can rebuild it from scratch for the same $1,500 — or migrate and fix what you've got. Send through the URL and I'll tell you where it falls short on accessibility and what I'd change.

What does WCAG 2.2 AA actually mean?

It's the internationally recognised standard for web accessibility. In practice: text has enough contrast to read, everything works with a keyboard alone, screen readers can describe every image, button and form field, and pages still work when text is zoomed to 200%. I test every build against it before launch.

What suburbs do you work with?

All of Macarthur and South-West Sydney — Camden, Campbelltown, Narellan, Mount Annan, Oran Park, Gregory Hills, Harrington Park, Currans Hill, Spring Farm, Leppington, Catherine Field, Smeaton Grange, plus greater Sydney. I'm based in Mount Annan.

Do I need to know anything technical?

No. You send me photos and a few details about your supports and service areas. I handle the rest — domain, hosting, Google Business, the lot. If you want to edit things yourself later I can set that up, otherwise just email me when something needs changing.

What does the $29/mo hosting cover?

Australian servers, 99.9% uptime SLA, daily backups, free SSL certificate, security updates, and small changes (text tweaks, new photos, updated phone numbers) during business hours.

Will my site actually show up on Google?

Your site is built to be indexed properly — page titles, fast loading, mobile-friendly, schema markup — and I set up your Google Business Profile at the same time. Where you land depends on your competition and how established your business is, so nobody can promise you a position.

Can I see examples of your work?

Yes — head to lyraweb.com.au/our-work for examples. Happy to walk through any of them on a call.
